Investment & reservation
How do we reserve a date?
Reservation
In this demonstration framework, a 50% reservation payment secures the wedding date. A live venue launch would present only contract-approved terms and revalidate the date before accepting payment.
When is the remaining venue balance due?
Payment timing
The demonstration balance is due six months before the wedding. Production payment schedules belong in the signed agreement and venue management system.
Is there a security deposit?
Security deposit
The demonstration policy uses a $500 refundable security deposit due 30 days before the event, subject to cleanup and property terms.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation
The demonstration assumes refunds depend on whether the cancelled date can be rebooked with a comparable event. The production contract must define cancellation, rescheduling and force-majeure terms precisely.
What changes between the experiences?
Packages
Sunday includes estate and daytime Inn access from 1 PM to 11 PM. One Day includes Friday or Saturday access from 9 AM to midnight. Full Weekend includes Friday 11 AM through Sunday 11 AM, plus two Inn nights.
What is included in the venue investment?
Inclusions
Ceremony settings, barn reception space, core tables and chairs, linens, lighting and the amenities shown on What’s Included. Food, drink, photography, flowers and other vendor contracts remain separate.
Food, celebration & property
Can we bring our own caterer?
Catering
Outside caterers are welcome in this concept. The support room is not a commercial preparation kitchen, so confirm mobile preparation, power, safe holding, cleanup, delivery access and staffing.
Can we serve alcohol?
Alcohol & insurance
The demonstration policy permits alcohol with licensed service and event-liability insurance naming the required venue parties. Exact coverage and service rules must come from the production contract.
When does music end?
Curfew
Demonstration music concludes at 11:30 PM on Friday and Saturday, with events ending by midnight. Sunday concludes at 11 PM.
What happens if it rains?
Weather
The barn becomes the indoor ceremony setting with guests seated at their dinner tables. The tour should confirm the processional, photography plan and ceremony-to-dinner transition.
What are the cleanup and décor rules?
Cleanup
Décor and debris must be removed after the event. The demonstration prohibits rice, confetti, glitter, bubbles, silly string and large fireworks; sparklers belong away from the barn.
Can we add a tent or bring pets?
Outside
A tent up to 40 × 60 feet may be arranged without increasing the 160-person maximum. Pets may join the ceremony and reception; overnight and indoor rules require confirmation.
Guests, access & travel
How many people can attend?
Capacity
The concept estate limit is 160 people including vendors. Estimate the guest list and vendor team together.
How do we plan for mobility needs?
Accessibility
Share step-free route, nearby seating and assisted-travel needs before the tour. Golf-cart assistance is part of the concept, while actual surfaces and clearances require on-site verification.
Where should our guests stay?
Travel
The Inn sleeps six. A production site would add verified hotel blocks, shuttle routes, airports and guest travel instructions rather than inventing them for this fictional venue.
What happens to this demo request?
Privacy
Wedding preferences save on this device. Contact details and lead snapshots remain in the tab session and are never sent to a venue. Use fictional details when testing.
